Outsiders Youth Association is a provider of home healthcare services, Specializing in Intensive In-Community Services and Behavioral Assistance Services. We are dedicated to enhancing the social competence and wellness of our community, delivering professional-quality services tailored to the ever-changing needs of people.

Services Provided
Behavioral Assistance
Our Behavioral Assistance program is designed to guide and support youth with the use of trained behavioral Assistants working directly with children and adolescents and their families in a home, school/work, or other community settings to carry out elements of treatment or service plans. Services are generally focused on specific goals used to aid in the transition between levels of care or to facilitate adjustment to developmental tasks.
Intensive In -Community
These services are for youth/children with behavioral and emotional disturbances who are receiving case management, MRSS or Out-of-Home services through Children System of Care
These services may be provided in a youth's home or in a safe community location by one of our licensed/certified Staff members
