Outsiders Youth Association is a leading provider of home healthcare services, offering a wide range of services including Intensive In-Community Services and Behavioral Assistance Services. We are dedicated to enhancing the social competence and wellness of our community, delivering professional-quality services tailored to the ever-changing needs of people.

Our Behavioral Assistance program is designed to guide and support youth with the use of trained behavioral Assistants working directly with children and adolescents and their families in a home, school/work, or other community settings to carry out elements of treatment or service plans. Services are generally focused on specific goals used to aid in the transition between levels of care or to facilitate adjustment to developmental tasks.

 The President’s Volunteer Service Award was created to thank and honor americans who inspire others to engage in volunteer service. Established in 2003, this award recognizes individuals and groups who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to volunteer service over the course of 12 months.
